Before installation, we'll confirm that your chosen air conditioner is suitable for the space, assess the proposed indoor and outdoor unit locations, verify power supply requirements, and identify any site-specific considerations.

We test the system, demonstrate basic operation, tidy the area and provide compliance documentation.

Standard Back-to-Back Installation

Our standard installation package is designed for straightforward single-storey installations where the indoor and outdoor units are positioned close together.

What's Included?

  • Confirmation of suitable indoor and outdoor unit positioning
  • Assessment of existing power supply and switchboard suitability
  • Unpacking and inspection of your new air conditioning system
  • Installation of indoor and outdoor units
  • Connection of refrigerant pipework, interconnecting cabling and condensate drain
  • Installation of isolation switch and dedicated circuit protection where required
  • Up to 20 metres of electrical cabling
  • Up to 3 metres of insulated copper refrigerant pipework
  • Up to 3 metres of interconnecting control cable
  • Up to 2.4 metres of ducting/capping to conceal exposed pipework and cabling
  • Vacuum testing, commissioning and system start-up
  • Operational testing to ensure correct performance
  • Demonstration of basic system operation and controls
  • Removal of packaging and tidy-up of work area
  • Electrical Safety Certificate and relevant compliance documentation

What's Not Included?

The following may require additional quotation or variation approval:

  • Non-standard pipe runs exceeding included allowances
  • Multi-storey installations
  • Switchboard upgrades or electrical rectification works
  • Difficult roof, ceiling or subfloor access
  • Concrete cutting, core drilling or trenching
  • Wall chasing or concealed pipework installations
  • Custom brackets, mounting frames or structural supports
  • Crane, EWP or specialised access equipment
  • Asbestos removal, testing or remediation
  • Relocation of existing services or obstructions
  • Removal and disposal of existing air conditioning systems unless selected as an add-on
  • Painting, plastering, patching or other building repairs
  • Additional materials or labour required due to unforeseen site conditions
